DESCRIPTION - USE OF THE PRINTER
The DTM CX86e is the world's smallest card, label, LED ticket printer.
It is designed for companies looking to produce flexible and professional colour labels that will increase the attractiveness of products to the public compared to general black and white thermal printing.
Whether it's coupons, receipts, photo ID tags, visitor badges or price stickers and promotional stickers, paper clothing labels, the DTM CX86e printer makes it quick and easy to print in color, high resolution 1200 x 1200 dpi, so your products attract customer attention and increase sales.
Due to its small size, the CX86e is easily portable and can be used outside the office, such as, in sales for quick product personalization or for promotion in advertising campaigns, and exhibitions.
INK TECHNOLOGY
Dry toner technology. Technology that reduces the need for stock holding and costs unlike inkjet inks, and as with laser printer technology you will have 100% waterproof and UV resistant labels.
Three-colour CMY toner cartridge. You only need to keep one three-colour toner cartridge in stock. The three-color toner cartridge is replaced in seconds and the device is ready for use without delay.
SUMMARY - ADVANTAGES
LED technology. The printing process is similar to laser printers, it is a process of coating the label with dry ink through a heating unit (oven). Digital LED technology provides high resolution prints. Thanks to this technology, the printer requires less space and is environmentally friendly and energy efficient, using significantly less raw materials and energy in the manufacturing process. LED print heads have no moving parts, making them durable and extremely reliable.
Ethernet and WLAN connectivity. Finally forget about usb cables! Connect the CX86e via Ethernet or WLAN to your network and easily print wherever you are.

* This is the recommended maximum. There are two factors that determine whether the printer will accept any particular stock thickness.
1. The ability for the printer to pull the paper through the printer area.
2. The ability for the sensor to read through the backing if the sensor is set to die-cut.
** The Reflective/Black Mark should be opaque to infrared light. The mark should be between the labels. The end of the mark should correspond with the beginning of the label.
