Shipping methods

a. BLP CONNECTION serves orders with a place of delivery within the Greek territory. Orders weighing up to 2 kg are shipped with the cooperating courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki) and are charged with shipping costs of 5 euros / order for weight up to 2 kg, and with 1€ extra for each kilo over 2. For orders involving large quantities or bulky products, shipments are made by a transfer agency upon request and in these payments are made only by deposit in our bank account.

The prices listed in this paragraph include VAT.

In addition, you have the option to receive your order on your own through our store.

b. Orders are processed within the next 3 working days. The delivery time is exclusively for courier or transport companies, but may also be affected by the payment method you have chosen (e.g. the time of completion and appearance of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 business days)

c. Once orders have been accepted, they will be shipped, if possible, within 5 working days, unless special circumstances affect the load of courier companies and cause extraordinary delays.

d. In case of inaccessible or remote areas, it may take longer to ship and deliver your products. In any case, the delivery of the order will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (transport strikes, bad weather, or periods of heavy workload of courier etc.).
